Dr. Brandy Pridham, ND. founded The Stouffville Clinic of Naturopathic Medicine in 2005. Dr. Meagan Lynch joined the practice shortly after and they worked together for 6 years before the clinic became The Stouffville Natural Heath Clinic in 2013. Dr. Pridham ND. earned an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from the University of Guelph, with a major in Clinical Nutrition. It was here that she realized the significant impact food and lifestyle could have on health and the treatment of disease.
Dr. Pridham, ND had always wanted to study medicine, and Naturopathic Medicine was a perfect fit for her concept of health and healthcare. She received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine status after 4 years of studies at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.
Through her studies she has had multiple internships including Homewood in Guelph; one of the Country's leading institutes for eating disorders as well as the Sherbourne Clinic for People with AIDS and the Lakeshore Area Multidisciplinary Project, a facility aimed at providing an array of services for a community in need. She is currently a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors as well as the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

Sheila Graham, RMT, has been providing massage therapy care in the Stouffville area since 1994. Sheila utilizes the knowledge and experience gained over her long career to promote healing and encourage positive living by helping others manage their pain and stress.
In addition to Classical (Swedish) massage, Sheila offers Manual Lymphatic Drainage, myofascial (deep) tissue release and craniosacral therapy. She has learned a lot about injury management while recovering from her own misadventures in hockey, martial arts and gardening.
Whether it’s for recovery from an injury or to simply relax, a personalized massage therapy session is created after discussing the individual’s goals, areas of concern and level of comfort. Sheila can deliver deep pressure or use a lighter touch as needed. Massage can be performed over clothes but is more effective when applied directly to the person’s skin.
